Does it deliver?
The fine views and relaxing pool created a tranquil escape. The accommodating staff were really nice to enhance our stay.
Inconsistent service and dining options were disappointing, with long waits and limited choices during meals.

Every time we stay in Florence, like to stay here. The hotel offers peaceful and lovely location right by both restaurant, the garden as well as Florence in the background and Florence centre. Also, it's 4 km away from Monte Ceceri Hill. The breakfasts is delicious with a huge variety of food. The services are exceptional, including a nice pool.

Marvelous views over Florence
Woke up to fine views of the Tuscan hills with a fresh breeze. The staff's kindness turned every moment into a treasured memory, especially during breakfast on the terrace.
The shuttle service to the city ended too early for our evening plans. We missed out on a couple of lovely dinners in Florence due to this limitation.

Food, design and service were excellent. As well as the hotel location, close both to the center and the countryside was good.
Quite unnormal, nothing to be critical about.

The view from our spacious suite, with its private garden, was amazing, overlooking the hills and Florence. The food was fantastic, particularly the fresh unlimited pancakes at breakfast, a good start to each day. The dining experience could improve, as service was a bit slow during peak hours, which affected our meals. We noticed that shuttle service could be more frequent, especially during busy times when guests are eager to explore the city.

Its just a fantastic place to be
The only and i mean only thing that did not fit in to the fantastic experience was the pool area. The pool in itself was nice but the sunbeds was placed in the grass, and that in it self is not bad, but the grass was full of like messy dirt. If i had owned the hotel i would have fixed up this area so it become a bit more comfortable.
